Hi all this is my first post. 

I have received a e mail from talk talk saying my email address will close soon unless I pay monthly/yearly for it.

I have had talktalk broadband and email for the last 4 years so don't know why they say I don't have an account . I've tried using the chat bot but what a absolute joke that is for any help and there's no email address to contact talktalk to resolve this issue. Any ideas where I go from here anyone,
