I understood that the upgrade to the email service would result in each email account having 15gb of storage instead of the old 10gb. Both of my email accounts still show 10gb capacity.

Thank you for the clarification. I obviously misunderstood the migration. I thought that all old AND existing customers were being migrated but existing customers did not have to pay. Clearly I am wrong so thanks again for clearing it up.

Only customers who used Mailplus after leaving Talktalk have been migrated, @G_123.
Talktalk customers who had left but got by on webmail now have to subscribe to Everymail to maintain access.
Your emails are connected to a current Talktalk broadband account and, for all current broadband customers there's no change at the moment.

@G_123, no, you are not currently with Everymail for emails.
You have said in every one of your three topics that you are a Talktalk Broadband customer.
Because you had legacy email, that needed to be connected to current service details to avoid any further problems with the functioning of your email.
That's been done.
You are not with Everymail.
Your emails are still being managed by Talktalk so still on 10GB maximum storage.

I should be. I am a broadband customer who was one of the many who lost access to email during the migration due to an error in the migration process. One of your colleagues assisted me in linking my two email accounts with my broadband account so I regained access to email. Maybe something else went wrong during the migration which has prevented me from getting the additional storage?

@G_123 just to check, you are now subscribed to EveryMail ?
