Is there anything I need to do?
If you're paying by Direct Debit, you don't need to do anything, we'll handle the entire transfer of your Direct Debit over to Everymail.

If you pay by credit or debit card, once transferred, you'll simply need to enter your card details again. These details will then be saved so you don't need to re-enter them every month like you do now.

You have confirmed you only have an email account with us that you pay for annually, is that correct?

Thanks, that's good to know and a great relief!  Will it still be possible to access my emails via the TalkTalk website if necessary or does Everymail have a separate site?

@SAMICER Yes, the message is legitimate. You will not lose your email. The message is simply to inform you that your Mail Plus product will change to Everymail brand and payments will transition from TalkTalk to Everymail. All email addresses and features shall remain the same.

info@consumer.talktalk.co.uk is what comes up.  As I have a tiscali email address for work and have done for years I don't want to lose it...  There can be so much spam associated with tiscali that I am very wary....

If you hover over the sender's name, what's showing, @SAMICER?

It's likely to be legitimate, but scammers could try to take advantage of the migration of Talktalk emails to Everymail, so don't click on any links.

Staff won't be back until the morning. You can reach Chat till 9pm.
