I alerted TalkTalk 3 days ago and as a broadband customer I still cannot send emails from either my TalkTalk or Tiscali accounts despite filling out the relevant form. This is very poor service and should never have happened. Has anyone else managed to send emails yet?

3 days as well now. No update, no news, nothing. Pointless daft requests for information. It is as if they are dealing with the same problem individually for 1000s of customers. I think it is the start of the end for talktalk.
