We are broad band users with Talk Talk. The account holder Stephen Pickard *removed email address* uses a talktalk email address. However my wife Gillian uses a tiscali email address. My wife is currently UNABLE to send emails on her phone, although the email on the PC seems to be working. Any suggestions as to how to get the phone account working properly again. We have tried to go through the setting but to no avail. Please help

@Gillian37, to work out through this, if I any kindly ask, how is your Wife currently accessing her emails? Is this done through webmail or an App.
Does your wife currently have an active broadband account with us under her name?
Did, she receive any communication with regards to signing up for Every Mail?

Never post personal details like email addresses in public. And from what you have said you are not the account holder. Subject to that, make sure that their personal details including TalkTalk phone number or account number are complete on the community profile (click here). You can add details of any email addresses affected in the Private notes section, where only you and TalkTalk can see them.
