@DRKRB, make sure that your community forum profile details are completed, as well as putting the email address in Private Notes. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. 

 

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number etc.

 

Private Notes are further down that area. Scroll further still to SAVE CHANGES.

@DRKRB, have you added all affected email addresses to your profile area? As a current broadband account holder, it's important that staff complete a webform for you with the information you provide to enable continued use of your Talktalk legacy emails.

Staff will process this on Monday, but it may take some time before sending resumes as normal.
