I have not been able to access my emails from my iPhone since the settings changed in January. I updated the settings in my phone but keeps saying cannot verify password. I have checked and the password is correct and the same I use to access my webmail.
Any ideas how I contact TalkTalk to sort this issue, can’t find anything on the website?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Hi Patgar, I've added your email address to those to be restored to full service. Please make sure all your devices are using the secure settings or the account will be limited again. The mailbox should be back to full service later today.
