Could you elaborate please on how you access your mails, WebMail or third party client such as Outlook or Thunderbird, and when you get this message? Is it when receiving, sending or viewing, and is it on all mails or certain ones only.
Could I also ask please that your don't use capitals as this can be seen as shouting when used on forums. Thank you.

If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

Hi there @andyC13, please elaborate a bit more on the issue you are having. Is this happening whenever you try to access your emails ona specific device or for does it occur when using all devices?
