Email Quota full not receiving emails

I received an email saying my email quota was full, i have deleted all old emails so i am now showing 3.58GB of storage. However i still cannot receive any emails? Can anybody help?

@Mattcoke1980, I've moved your slightly earlier post out of the way, as this one has more details in it.

 

Please just follow up on one thread.

 

It is in the queue for attention - replies are not always immediate, therefore, and it can take a few days for staff to respond. They are on here Monday to Friday during the day. 

 

You need to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Add your Talktalk landline number or account number by going via your avatar/name; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
