Hi. My email was scammed, my address book used to scam people to buy vouchers thinking it was me as MY email address was at the top.

How do the scammers get into your email?

How can you stop it? (It's happened twice)

The scammers diverted incoming emails so you don't know that it's happening.

Are TalkTalk doing anything to prevent this?

Hi @Blowe, I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. As @ferguson mentioned earlier, there is unfortunately not much we can do to completely prevent your emails from being hacked. When creating your password, make sure to use a strong and unique one that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Additionally, it's important to avoid clicking on links or downloading attachments from unfamiliar senders.

There is not much anyone can do to stop your email being hacked, or abused beyond setting a strong password yourself. Have you managed to reset it successfully?
