Morning everybody
I'm hoping someone on here can resolve this issue for me.
We joined Talktalk many years ago, we had one email account/mailbox and I set up an additional one for my wife as alllowed.
We then left Talktalk but retained use of the email addresses as it's easier than telling everyone a new one. Subsequently we were asked to pay £50 a year to retain that access, which I was happy to do. However, I've recently noticed that my wife can no longer send emails and that unless she also pays £50 a year by Monday (8/9/25) she will lose access completely.
I'm at a loss as to how her account was dissociated from mine and feel aggrieved that we should both have to pay £50.
I can't add her mailbox back to mine, I can only add a new one.
Can anyone suggest how these two accounts might be linked back together as we never requested that they be split? I did go to Live Chat but they weren't able to help but promised they would raise it and that I would get an email within 48 hours, but that hasn't happened yet

Hi, I don't know but the Live Chat chap said he was going to send it higher up and that I would get an email in 48 hours. Obviously I don't know if he did that or not. @kanya-TT

I'm not sure if I'm classed as a Broadband Customer, I think we have what is called TalkTalk Plus, where I pay £50 a year to keep my TalkTalk email address, does that count as being a Broadband customer? I have, though, added the email address that I would like linking into the private notes area that is in my profile. Was there anything else to do? @fr8ys
