I think you have missed the point of @IanRo 's query. The TalkTalk home page, https://www.talktalk.co.uk has been updated, and the link for webmail, https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/, has been relocated. As I indicated in my previous comment, it is now located near the bottom of the TalkTalk home page.

2. Is the sign-up option available when you log in to your email account?
 

3.Are you experiencing feature restrictions (i.e., unable to send an email) in your email account?
