Several weeks ago I lost connection to TalkTalk mail app and then was unable to access some other features, eg Bills, in my talktalk account. These features all operated satisfactorily prior to this and I have repeatedly re-tried to open them and failed, often getting an error message when in MyAccount saying "system fault and it is being looked into" but nothing has happened to provide a fix. It may be that the Imac and Google chrome browser I use are outdated (OSX El Capitan, 10.11.6 and version 103.0.5060.134 respectively) but if possible I'd prefer not to have to renew the computer. Can you provide me a fix to these problems please?

Just to confirm you are able to log in to MyAccount however unable to view the bill?

My computer is an IMac and doesn't use Windows. It has OS X version 10.11.6 and the browser is Google Chrome version 103.0.5060.134 as given in my original query.

Yes I have an active talk talk broadband account and am using it now
