I also have a legacy talktalk  email (lineone.net) that needs to be linked to my talktalk account.  I have updated the private notes in my profile with the legacy email address.

Thank you for confirming, I have submitted a web form to remove you from the EveryMail Migration and to restore your email access. This request will be processed within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday), as weekends are not included in the timeframe. Please ensure that the details in your private notes are accurate, as I have copied email address exactly as it.

I logged into my email account via webmail this morning.  I am now greeted with a pop up banner from everymail stating the account has been disabled and the only option is to click on the subscribe button.  I cannot read or send emails using this email.

Thank you for confirming this, can you please confirm if you are able to use your email addresses fully or if there are any restrictions?

I have added my current TalkTalk login email address to the notes (which TalkTalk should know) - and an email address I used to login many years ago.

I have recieved emails from everymail to the lineone.net email address telling me the account has been disabled and asking me to subscribe or the account will be deleted by the end of October.

Thank you for your help.

I have gained access to your account and on your private note you only added one email address, please confirm if this is your only email address that is associated with TalkTalk?

Also please confirm if you have received any emails about subscribing to everymail?

@slarty*1 I'm not sure what has happened here as I have twice escalated this for you back in June.

I've escalated again for you today and hopefully it will get picked up tomorrow.

It appears that despite filling in my details as requested back in June (following on from another message thread),  and me continuing to be a TalkTalk broadband customer, my lineone.net email has been transferred to everymail who are asking for a fee to be able to send emails again and not have the email account deleted.  Is there any way of rescuing the situation ??

Nice one. Bear in mind that you may not get a response from the support team before Monday.
