Outgoing e mails going to recipients spam folder

When I send e mails out some recipients advise me that my e mails go into their junk or spam folders. Even some copied into my own e mail address go into my junk folder?

Any ideas please

I do not think this is a solution as I send e mails to many new contacts and I do not know if they ever receive them? This has only happened since New outlook was added to my laptop.

Are my settings for outgoing e mails correct?
