Hi , I’ve recently received an email saying that ‘from November 20, 2024 customers that have yet to update their account will no longer to access their emails’  …then there is an instruction to ‘please follow the port be,ow to secure account’…. If I try to reply , the address is Talk support <joannlack@sky.com> 

is this a scam and if so , how do I report it ?

Its definitely a scam.

 

Just delete it and dont click on any link.
