Email from a friend is being blocked

A friend has informed me that emails to me are being blocked how can I unblock them

With the updates of Talktalk email the error has been eliminated and my friend is able to send emails to me. So problem cleared.

What bounceback error message describes the "block" and what is the TT three digit error code e.g. TT9NN. Also what is the domain for your contact's email address e.g is it yahoo.com, outlook.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, icloud.com or something else?
