Email problem 13/09: not receiving emails

I am not receiving any emails on 3rd party apps at the moment.  I have a Tiscali email address. I can send emails without problems and I can access my emails on TalkTalk webmail.  However, I have not been receiving emails on my pc on Outlook or on my iPhone using the Apple mail app.  Customer service have been unable to help.  Please can you advise.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
