Hi  there, I wonder if you can help. I have been trying to e-mail my brother in Australia recently but they are coming back as undeliverable.    It is only this one, I am getting all my other e-mails and receiving.  I do get his e-mail to me.  I have sent the main message for the last attempt but have others each time.but it is quoting my and my brothers e-mail so have deleted this. I will forward if necessary to get this hopefully resolved. I don't know how to get to the postmaster.

I've started having the same problem since yesterday with some emails I sent failing to be delivered with similar messages.

I also have had another problem for a few weeks where when I delete emails, the screen moves up and hides the inbox in the list to the left and the header with the recycle bin etc. The only way I can get it back is to log in again.

I'm continuing to use Gmail at the moment but will try via my talktalk email account again tomorrow, fingers crossed.

SWW62, I hope you're ok now.  Mine just came back and I'm hoping it was the incident that Ady put through. Thank you Ady.  Touch wood mine is still ok so hope your's is back.

I'm having exactly the same problem today trying to send an email to Australia, failed to deliver three times from my talktalk account, but was able to send from my Gmail account.

Very frustrating and only happening recently, obviously needs sorting!

Hi Diane, I had raised an incident to alert the teams to the issues with our mail being rejected.

Hi Ady,

Well it does seem to be working now. Let's keep our fingers crossed.  Are the other people on the forum with the same problem ok now also?

Was it you (talktalk)who managed to fix this or is it a coincidence?

Hi Diane, this issue isn't with Oz its with the mail domain rejecting TalkTalk mails as spam.

I'm getting this problem at the beginning of 2025: after receiving a message from a Bigpond mail address any reply is bounced back.  Before Xmas I could email OK. I can respond through Gmail but not through Talktalk mail channel. What have the folks at Bigpond got against Talktalk?  Is it that they have received a lot of spam from Talktalk accounts in the past? Was it the volume of Xmas mail between UK and Australian friends and family confused them into thinking it was a Spam attack? How was it cleared before? How long did it take?  Hope someone from Talktalk reads this post, they seemed oblivious to the issue when I contacted the help team.
