Why am I being asked to subscribe to everymail when I have a broadband account

@Mau38, thank you for this as I do apologise for any miscommunication you have received. What I will do on my end is to escalate this matter to our communications team where they will stop these communications as you have stated that you already have an active broadband account with us. 🙂
