I've had TT Mail through my Outlook account for months. Last week Outlook stopped talking to TT or vice versa. I hadn't knowingly changed any settings.
No TT mail comes into my Outlook Inbox. If I send mail from Outlook TT account it says "Sending" but it doesn't appear in Sent. The mail remains in Drafts, marked "This message hasn't been sent. Something went wrong and we haven't sent your message yet."
My Ionos account works both ways. Settings for both accounts attached.
Please, now what?

Thanks once again @MisterB. We think it was a maintenance issue but if it does happen again, please contact us.

All seems to work as my "magic" reply. Odd that I sent that before breakfast, I'd have thought before your "kindly advise" but they seem to have got out of order. Anyway the mail works, thanks. Why did it suddenly go wrong?
