Emails blank when opened

Two emails received today, both blank on my laptop, normal on my Android phone. One from the NHS - NHS graphic displayed but otherwise all text is missing on my laptop, displays normally on my phone. One from a dentist - completely blank on my laptop, everything displayed normally on my phone. I have had previous problems like this recently with some emails, coinciding with recent updates to TalkTalk webmail.

Would you mind testing in a different browser just to check its not a cache issue.

Hi Ady,

 

Same problem this morning with your response using TalkTalk webmail app, the subject line is visible but no other text. Access codes/verification emails are displayed properly with the TT webmail app. No problems with email using an Android app on my phone.

Just happened again to your response on this thread, all I can see is the subject line - Re: Emails blank when opened.

 

No other text is displayed.

I had the same problems earlier today with my gmail account, when using Thunderbird. However, it rectified itself after a while.
