Hello GentleFolk,
My emails are always disappearing from my iPhone and from the Talktalk online portal.
I can always log on at home to view emails, via Outlook, but really need to be able to access them away from home more these days. My account is an old 'tiscali' address.
Does anyone know if there's a setting I need to change?
I have searched this problem up, there was some info about changing a setting on my phone, which I cannot find.

Hi Jimmead, you should check the settings in Outlook to make sure it is set to leave a copy on the server until deleted.
