Emails going into spam and unable to access them

Very important emails are going into spam where I am unable to open and access them.

This has only just started to happen but more and more are going in there. 
One in particular is holding a voucher which is now unavailable to me.   Help please 🙏

Yes, @8weatherRB, the 3 dot menu is a popular feature in website design these days. Helpful to look out for that (or three lines, or drop down menus marked by subtle little arrows) for navigation anywhere on the web.

 

Eg, on this Chrome page very top right the dots open up all the function options of the browser; the three lines on the Talktalk banner open up all the access to different areas of the community forum.

Thank you. The trouble was I had no idea how to do this. By trial and error I have found out that by going up to the three dots and choosing “not spam” I have been able to sort it out.  I hope this helps anyone else in the same predicament as me.

You should be able to remove emails from Spam so that they simply reappeared in the inbox, then access them in the normal way, @8weatherRB.
