I'm very disappointed, about very poor customer service being provided
while I have raised the issue of Land/Line.
I do not receive any incoming calls or can make outgoing calls since 10/03/2025.
I have forwarded few emails to your customer service dept, but have not received
any response so far.
Your call centre staff in India are totally incompetent. I did communicate with someone
via a text messages which did not result in positive results.
I wasted my time texting, and finally gave-up.
I did request via email, someone to call me so that I can explain the issue of Land/line being
inoperative.
I wait to hear from you soon.
yours truly,

If you click here Home Phone - TalkTalk Help & Support
Then click on the start a topic button in blue at the top of the page, you can then create your own topic.
Thanks

Glad it's not just me, I'm having the same problem. I spend something like 1H30 on chat but they couldn't help. Never had problems before TalkTalk took over my account.
