@Rosie1232, you need to return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread and describe a bit more fully what is going on.
Also complete your community forum profile details by going via your avatar/name; settings; complete your Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will need that information to identify your account. They are on here during the day, Monday to Friday.
