Emails from Everymail - email address nolonger valid

I am receiving emails from Everymail saying I will not be able to use my email address. I am a talktalk customer.

"Customers who fail to update their user credentials by November 25th, 2025, will be unavailable to utilize them. Our records indicate that your account has not been switched to the most recent version"

• I do not understand what this means . 

I have however updated my profile to include a Private Note that my existing/old tiscali email address should be linked to my account per advice on the  Internet. Is this correct?

Hi @Angela56 are you currently having any issues with your emails? besides the notification you have received form EveryMail, are there any restrictions on your emails?
