I've been having issues with emails I send using Outlook using a talktalk email address, going into recipients spam folders. I use Outlook for two other email addresses and there are no issues with those. It's impractical to ask everyone to add me to their safe senders lists and there's nothing in the content which would cause an issue. This has been happening for a few months. What's the issue? It's driving me nuts!

Please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
Also it help TalkTalk know just how widespread the issue is.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

It's a known issue and affecting mails sent to Hotmail and Gmail users.
Microsoft and Google are looking into this with TalkTalk.
