Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
You'll see I've moved your post to its own topic and have obscured your email address to protect that from receiving spam and or phishing emails.
TalkTalk Support can check back over a 7 day period to see if your mailbox has had any mail deferred (delayed in delivery) or rejected during that time. Is it an outlook.com email address that's being blocked?
