Emails from talktalk to yahoo addresses indicate as sent but don't go

As of 5pm Thursday 24th Oct 2024, emails from Talktalk to yahoo addresses (including @sky.com address) indicate as sent but all of a sudden stopped reaching / being delivered to recipients.
Specifically Talktalk emails being sent from Outlook (on home PC).
My email address ends in @talktalk.net
Emails from Talktalk via Talktalk webmail sent to yahoo addresses works sporadically
Have done all checks including mail (server) set up, spam / filter accidental blocking of addresses no change.
Have already spoken to agent on live chat but was advised to just use webmail which is not helpful.
Would appreciate a proper diagnosis and resolution. It's been working for a long time right up to two days ago.

What is written above is absolutely correct and true to my situation also. How can I send a TEST message to Yahoo to check out the efficacy of their Server?

re sending emails to Yahoo I also have the same problem sending from my @Tiscali address using Mail on a Mac (which indicates the message has sent - but it has never arrived). However, if I go to my online account with TalkTalk, the message can be sent and arrives OK.
Any answers from Talk Talk would be very gratefully received please.

Hi all, networks have confirmed that Yahoo/Sky are deferring block TalkTalk emails due to unexpected volume or customer complaints. Our network team have reported it to them, but customers of sky yahoo would be wise to report the issue to them so that they can adjust the filters to compensate.
