Emails going straight to archive folder not to inbox

Which program are you using? Webmail? Thunderbird? Outlook?

 

If the latter 2 is this happening using Webmail?

 

If not, try deleting your account in your third party mail application, close the program and re-add using IMAP settings.

 

If using Webmail you could try setting up a rule to move mail from Archive to Inbox.

 

Failing that, Unfortunately, support staff are no longer available here and this will require you contact TalkTalk directly as the forum is now peer to peer and this is something we are, on this occasion, unable to help you with.
