I’ve been getting emails for some years via our U3a site but suddenly they’re going straight into trash bin with a sign of red circle and line across it.   Assume that

its got blocked. Ive  tried moving to inbox but it just goes back to trash. Not aware I’ve changed anything but had updates recently.

Think I’ve just solved it.  Swiped email to delete from trash bin and got option to unblock.

Thank you.   I’ve added to contacts but no change.   It’s just usual tinyworld email.  Was fine last year but suddenly decided to block from the u3a site.

Can’t find where in settings to unblock or where to click as not spam.

Have you tried adding to your safe sender's list or adding the email address to your address book?

Have you tried clicking as not spam?

Is this in Webmail or are you using a 3rd party program such as outlook or thunderbird?

If the latter where are they showing in Webmail?

Try whitelisting in Webmail too.
