I have lost the details of how I check lineone.net email and settings.  Can someone please point me in the right direction.

All I needed to do was allow lineone to forward emails to my Gmail account.  That appears to work now I have checked autoforwarding.

That was me too! @carrotmuseum2 

 

You asked 2 different questions and if you are accessing via another route other than Webmail, which I pointed you too, these are the settings you need to set up your email in programmes such as outlook and thunderbird.

No that does not work, nothing about my lineone.net email.  It's ok someone else has give the correct solution - https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail&folder=default0/INBOX

Line one is a legacy email and uses TalkTalk settings.

They can be found here 

 

All TalkTalk and legacy emails should be the same.
