I cannot receive or send emails suddenly after feb 5th. I also cannot get any activity with webmail, also feb 5th. I use Thunderbird on my desktop, TalkTalk on my tablets and also have a Gmail address which is working fine.
I did phone on 10th feb and was told the systems were not working and that someone would phone me back. Still no word! I have seen other people on the internet complaining about the same problem. What is going on please?

Yes I am a Broadband customer, not had anything about Everymail and Mail Manager antEbellum are also affected.
I had 1 email with my Talk Talk Bill and a update that there was an issue with My Account.

If you can respond to the previous post please and complete your profile so your account can be traced it will help the support staff look into your issue.
Can you also include your affected email address in the private notes field which only you and staff can see.

Have you tried logging into Mail Manager? Is this affected too?

Have you ever received an email asking you to subscribe to Everymail?
