Hi, firstly I have several talktalk emails accounts. I can't remember them all and can't locate them within my account. Where can I find them?

Secondly one account in particular is experiencing major issues. I can't fully send or receive all messages. They seem to work with non talk talk accounts, but I can't successfully send or receive emails to my other talktalk email accounts. Some times they flash up then disappear, other times they never arrive from other talktalk accounts or I might send/receive it from a phone and it ends up buried somewhere on the PC or it goes to spam on a different device. It only seems to happen to one account, that I am aware of at the moment, but it is causing me problems and needs to be fixed. I have listed them in my profile.

Regards

Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.

For example it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk.

@Svarthol, yes you do have the option to choose one of the devices so we're able to run checks on it. Please note we can only run checks on one device. Thanks

Hi, @Svarthol

I think you have to take each of your devices in turn.

If your Laptop is not as it should, have that fixed first. If it's your mobile phone then fix that first.

Then you can move on to the next one.

So, it's worth telling @siphosethu-TT which one you use most.

Internet is all good. One other thing, all of the items in the bin ( on the phone) were deleted then reappeared.

Occasionally, but not always. Sometimes they go into the spam on the phone, sometimes on the PC or just vanish completely. Also they might arrive in the inbox, then disappear later.  Oddly in the webmail account there are a few emails in the Bin from yesterday, the rest are from 2022!
