Emails not arriving from noreply@one.network

everyday they arrive 6 a day 7 days a week only 4 came wed. 1/2 none came thurs or today friday 2nd and 3rd Feb    in email contact ok with the senders offices they confirm the sending logs showed all 6 sent at 0402 hrs tuesday    all this happened in mid 2022 after a very long investigation by talktalk tech dept and changing/resetting the filters all got going again and its first time problems with this sender has occurred for around 6/7 months no other senders emails are not getting through and other than these 6  I am receiving all other emails as normal and system is working perfectly  Dont come back saying check your setting as they are all fine only noreply@one.network is involved   FURTHER INFO none arrived at all also on saturday, sunday or today monday 6/2/23 so now we have gone from 6/7 months with perfect arrivals to ZERO for 5 days running

Ady       problem has been fixed you can now close the case on this matter     emails started flowing again on friday and have continued now for 5 continuous days

Yeah unfortunately my workload is keeping me busy and I didn't get back to you after the scan came back clear. Still no word back from my colleagues on the email team.

Ady.   A week ago today you said "I am running another check now". Not heard from you in 7 days that's even after you apologised for not getting back to me previously   What's going on.   Emails still not coming 29 days now  174 never seen

ADY      tomorrow is 6 days since you apoligised for not updating me     why are email admins ignoring all your requests  in the whole month of february          only once at the beginning of my problem they said we are not blocking(ignoring your scan that suggest they were)  and then silence  also they have just ignored your request for an  email address for sending my evidence to    I have now lost 164 emails that have been sent and talktalk will take no responsibilty for them not arriving in my inbox

ADY     did not get any update before you left on friday for the weekend off so please get me an update for delivery to me on monday please  keep saying to you why dont they either add noreply@one.network to safe senders list(as support@one.network gets delivered every time perfectly) or just update email filters as they did back on 28/1/22 that was your final answer when it last happened   PROBLEM SOLVED EMAIL FILTERS UPDATED   DELIVERY THEN CAME NEXT DAY AND EVERY DAY UNTIL 2/2/23

ADY    I see your sending chasers for the email settings problems    thats not affecting me as you already know  so how about some super chasing them for me   of my 3 week old email problem of just one companies emails suddendly stopping on 2 nd february 22 DAYS AGO now without 132 MISSING EMAILS   6 a day 7 days a week

ADY    its now 21 days (3 weeks) of no emails getting through from noreply@one.network out of the 100,s I get this is the only one affected as said previously support@one.network gets through just like all the others exept the no reply one  as you know this has happened more than 3 times over the years and has been fixed by updating filters that was your last report back around 28 january 2022  why do email admins not communicate with you I want to send my email of sending logs for over a week and still you cant give me the address  why dont they just add the address to safe senders list and sort out this blocking I have lost 126 emails of important roadworks updates thats 6 a day 7 days a week always arriving just after 0400 hours  can you be a bit more forceful with them even upgrading this to a higher level  its taking too long this time         I have been with talktalk for 17 years and this is the worst customer service I have encountered in that time   just had another one of the do your email settings emails  check by 23/2  I confirm all mine are done and checked again today and are exactly right as requested

ADY      further info for you very important this is      cast your mind and memoey back to january 2022 when this last happened to same companies emails and address exactly same    I have accessed my notifications which are still on line by clicking the bell symbol so if you can access it yourself you will see your reply 28/1/22 when it was last fixed 1 year ago (been perfect all that time until 1st/2nd february this year it states

PROBLEM WAS SOLVED   BY  "UPDATING MAIL FILTERS"   thank you

thanks ADY in your 1st reply you said it appears they are being blocked   now admins say they dont think so if that stands where do we go from that senario as 3 times in last 9 days support@one.network has confirmed the sending logs are showing they are being sent just after 0400 hours each day 6 of them 7 days a week   look forward to your news     hopefully we can get this sorted by early part of next week    please keep me informed  thank you

At present the email admins are saying they don't think we are blocking that address. I've asked them to check again.

NOW MESSAGE FOR ADY     Hi ADY   replied to your message yesterday just after 6am had no response can you get back to me today with the answers to further info etc      blocking still going on had none of the emails now for 9 continuous days  thank you

Hi ADY   thanks for the info about the blocking    can you chase up the further info you are waiting for as they are still not arriving NONE came on wednesday or today thursday 9/2/23 so thats now 8 continuous days of non delivery of these 6 daily emails which come 7 days a week just after 0400 hours please find out when the unblocking process is going to happen   its hard to understand why support@one.network works ok but noreply@one.network keeps failing     thanks very much

Hi Paja32, I've run the scan and it appears we're blocking the sending IP. I'm waiting for further information to come through.

Further to my posting on friday 3/2/23 (am) just had email confirming from one.network that the sending logs confirm that all 6 emails (daily) have been sent since thursday (thats 5 days running)

and still none are arriving                  WHY DO EMAILS ARRIVE FROM support@one.network(giving me the information)   BUT DO NOT ARRIVE FROM  noreply@one.network    that are sent everyday 7 days a week)    STILL NONE ARRIVING NOTHING RECEIVED TODAY TUESDAY 7/2/23        ORIGINAL POSTING WAS AM FRIDAY 3/2/23  AND NOT A SINGLE BIT OF INFO OR HELP NOW IN EXCESS OF 48 HOURS   please give this some attention  I need these emails to arrive  sender has confirmed all logs every day showing they were sent daily soon after 0400 hours   thank you    ADY dealt with this problem back in mid 2022  same sender  link this to my original sending please
