Emails not being received. TalkTalk rejecting.

The General Secretary of our rambling club is getting rejections on all TalkTalk emails he sends using the clubs outlook.com email address.

 

Both my wife and I are not getting them and neither are all other members who have talktalk.net email addresses.

 

The club uses distribution lists created in Outlook.

 

I see a number of other customers are reporting similar issues. Have TalkTalk changed criteria for customers receiving emails sent using distribution lists?
