Emails not being received

I have received only a couple of emails in the past 24 hours.  Is there a problem with talktalk webmail?

I already have checked there. The most recent email is 15th September.

I asked someone to respond to an email I sent yesterday, and they also sent me a new message.  I received both.  These were from a private email account.  The emails I think I'm missing are emails from companies. Would that make a difference?

It seems to be across the board. Just very unusual for me to receive such a small number of emails in that time period.

Hi there @AAK956, we don't have any outages at the moment. If you are having issues with receiving emails will need to run diagnostics on it, is it one particular person or are you not receiving emails on all senders.
