Certain people are trying to send me emails but their provider is saying the messages are repeatedly undeliverable. Would be grateful on how to resolve this please. Has happened from a live.co.uk email address and a gmail one.

@washy1968.please never post personal information details in the public thread, whether yours or the sender's.
Add them to Private Notes, at the end of Personal Information in your profile area and SAVE CHANGES.

Hi washy1968, you should be getting mail from all domains now. Do you have any specific senders that have been unable to get through and I'll ask my colleagues to check for rejections against those email addresses.

Hi Michelle. Emails from google mail have now come through thanks which is great. However, I’m still not getting anything from the live.co.uk email address which I think is linked to Microsoft email. (As mentioned by jbuchanangb in his reply below). Could that be looked into too please?

Update from the team -
Latest update: 10:53am 11th November 2024
Our engineers have fixed this issue and all impacted customers will start to see their email service working as it should. There may still be a delay in this as the email service fully resolves and we will continue to monitor this. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Hi Michelle . None of the emails sent that I know about have come through yet unfortunately. Have asked contacts to try sending messages through again.

There is a very specific fault in the interface between tiscali.co.uk and the rest of the email world, which means emails originating from Microsoft or Google based email services is not getting through to addresses on tiscali.co.uk. There are now upwards of two dozen individual user reports here in the community, and I spent an hour using online chat on Saturday morning to report the fault to Talktalk. We can only hope that when one of the Talktalk staff arrives on the Community on Monday morning, someone will start getting it fixed.
