That is the problem. no. This is very frustrating having to repeat all the time. The issue is with Tinyworld email a problem reported numerous time on the Talk Talk Community and a problem with your end. I thought as you were in the Technical Department you would know that. Are you aware pls?

This is currently a known issue that is affecting your service. Our network support engineers have started investigating this, however at this time we are unable to provide an estimated resolution time. We will look to rectify this as quickly as we can, so your service is back up and running as soon as possible.

I apologise for your previous experience. I'm certain that the previous advisor has good intentions and simply wants to help resolve this for you. But rest assure, we are already working on this issue and I assure you everything will be provided to you about this matter and have this sorted out accordingly.

I have noticed that incoming mail is now slow but as of now, still getting the same message when I send. You then look at the TT Status which says all is rosy............which it is not! Only chap that seems to be dealing with this is poor Ady!
