Tinyworld Email not sending again

I have tried every device I have to send emails from my Tinyworld address and yet again we are getting the same message as before. This is beyond a joke and I am pleased that Ady has raised this again but it should have been sorted once and for all months ago.

@Adycan you please help escalate? It seems like it always happens on the last day of the month and something to do with the tinyworld email server?

It's likely to be how the receiving email address perceives Talktalk messages, @HilaryH2.

 

If you have trouble with signing into the forum please start a new thread.

Even though I have posted, this is now getting beyond a joke as it appears to have been running since Friday with the same response:

Same problem with codes going to spam. Thought I had been locked out!!

With all these issues, it's better if you start your own topic, @ChrisG15.

 

That helps give Talktalk a better idea of numbers of customers affected and should ensure a quicker resolution.

To make matters worse, I have had repeated delays logging into Talk Talk webmail to get sign in codes for this (emails with code going to spam) and then emails to my tinyworld account are going into spam in webmail and therefore now not getting in.  PLEASE sort this out as I am trying to remortgage and this is not helping at all.  This is totally unacceptable happening so many times since Xmas
