Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@Sylvia91, please read my reply to the previous customer and follow the guidance there.

 

Your own topic needs to be posted in the billing section of the forum. Don't just add something onto another customer's thread. It must be your unique thread for support issues.

@ChristopherSaunders, do you mean your webmail account or your billing account [My Account].

 

You have managed to log into the forum to post but please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own thread. 

 

Also complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. You'll need to go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.

Please go to the broadband message board and click on start a topic as this is an unrelated thread, @Katiemgracey83.

 

Also complete your profile details (go via your avatar,  settings....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES).
