Morning all
I haven't been able to send emails from my .tinyworld email address since yesterday afternoon/evening. My wife has the same issue on her .tinyworld emails. Both seem to be receiving emails OK.
Hoped the issue might resolve overnight, but is still persisting this morning.
Error message is;
"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."
My .tiscali email appears to be sending OK, so looks like an issue with . tinyworld emails.
Other community members also seem to be having issues with .tinyworld too which suggests some sort of issue at the talktalk server end?
I'd be grateful if one of the Mods could take a look at this as soon as poss please, as these email account (especially my wife's) are in regular use for important work issues.

Hi Ady, I have started a thread on the community page. I’ve spoken to a person in India and it’s supposedly escalated. I’m not raising another thread. If you don’t fix this soon I’ll be starting a thread on TrustPilot. This is problem that has already been raised on other threads and been around since at least Friday. I suspect it’s not a priority for you because there aren’t many people left who use a @Tinyworld.co.uk email address

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

I’m having the same issue. It would be great if you could speak to a human but that probably isn’t going to be possible.

Same here.....just spent nearly an hour on chat...had to stop in the end as could not follow the instructions I was given to try and resolve.
Have asked them to pursue the issue. Seemed unable to accept that this is affecting many of us.

I have just finished an online chat with TalkTalk who seemed unable to understand the problem and caused me even more confusion and frustration. However in the meantime I have received an SMS message and an email from TalkTalk saying they are trying to fix the problem in my area and will keep me informed. That may be progress to a resolution.

Come on Talk Talk-this has been going on for 24 hours. Spoke yesterday to be told TT doesn't recognise or support Tiscali or Tinyworld any more.........yes you do because you bought them out. I would have thought someone would be monitoring

I am having the same issues. I reply on my tinyworld account - having had it since 1995 - and am disappointed that the service we now pay for isn't working - again.
I'd be glad to hear from TalkTalk about what action they are taking or guidance from others as to what else I can do - apart from change my e-mail address!

Seems to be affecting a few of us - most likely a server problem affecting the .tinyworld legacy email accounts - hopefully the Mods will get something sorted out in the near future🤞.

Having exactly same problem. Tiscali account seems ok but tinyworld account not sending. Started yesterday.
