I cannot reply to emails through eMclient.... I get this message
[SMTP] Cannot send message (Sending email "Re[2]: Extractor Fan" failed with error: Email body not accepted due to the following reason:
"5.7.1 Reject for policy reason
")
I have spent hours on the chat and was told it was fixed but now it is happening again
I have changed passwords, disconnected/reconnected I was told it was a security issue.
eM client says it is TT problem. The server is sending this error.
I can send and receive OK and webMail seems to allow replies.
This is unacceptable! Your expert chat system is prolonged and useless!
This is after 3 days being told my account had been deactivated! The chat "experts" keep transferring me between themselves but no-one seems to be able to fix it....

You will need to start your own thread for staff support, @PeterM44.
Please return to the message board and click on start a topic.
Also complete your community forum profile details, with your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information and the affected email address in Private Notes, near the end of that section. Click on SAVE CHANGES further down.
Staff will pick up your new thread after the weekend. It's better to avoid adding to other people's support threads, particularly if the original poster has not even had a reply from staff yet.
The thread can end up very muddled or the OP gets too many alerts about posts that don't provide a solution.
@philmead1, your post should receive a reply from staff during the week.

Am having similar problems, although my mailbox is not with Talk Talk but a site called Inbox.com. I have had my email address with them without problems for 15 years, with TT as my ISP. However yesterday no emails could be sent (receiving is no problem. I get a message that my IP address has been blocked, and suggesting I look at https://check.spamhaus.org/results/?query=79.79.251.193. This seems to suggest that TT is blocking access for some reason. Has anybody come across this and give me some advice

I had exactly the same for 2 days earlier this week, same message regarding Email body not accepted and then my email account was deactivated. Two torturous hours chatting with a so called tech expert who was of zero help and who ended the chat by stating others were experiencing same problem and that my chat would be escalated so someone would give me a call - they never did!! I got help from Ady through the forum and was able to get my email account reactivated by changing my password to a new and previously unused one (although I had already done this when the problem first arose and not achieved anything).
I was told by Ady that my email had been deactivated because I had used it to send spam - this was untrue, I had merely replied to my central heating boiler engineer regarding them calling to fix my boiler fault. I have never never sent spam!!!!
I believe the true cause of my issue and yours and many others is some over enthusiastic AI machine that is mis-categorising legitimate messages as spam and then inappropriately blocking email accounts. This is a talktalk problem that they are failing to sort out.
