Trying to send email to Talk Talk but getting message email doesn’t exist anyone help

If it was inadvertent, then @Philile-TT gets a full apology.

However, she referred to my form of words, not @Lizfolland 's

And, the interjection was not pointless.

As I said, the usual address used for the purpose that @Philile-TT was referring to, was  concerns@talktalkplc.com

It happens that now, TalkTalk have added another email address,  HereToHelp@talktalkplc.com, for exactly the same purpose.

Is there any reason for the duplication?

You don't have to answer that.

Someone else can.

Remember, the original poster has already been satisfied.

Please don't bring up your usual objections.

I am sure you can see that @Philile-TT clearly addressed her reply to @Lizfolland even though she inadvertently responded to you. If you hadn't made your completely pointless interjection in the first place then this would not have happened.

I was asking @Lizfolland , to expand, and tell us a bit more on what she is trying to do.

By the way, in the past, the official address was concerns@talktalkplc.com

Since you are well up on things, can you tell us, if there any difference between the 2 email addresses?

And why was there a need to add an additional one for the same purpose?

Also there are other official TalkTalk  email addresses, used for other purposes.

Which talktalk email address are you trying to send to? Is it an official talktalk email address, or a TalkTalk customer email address?
