The usual email address used for the purpose of making a complaint or getting some help was concerns@talktalkplc.com
It happens that now, TalkTalk have added another email address, heretohelp@talktalkplc.com , for exactly the same purpose.
Is there a magic reason for the duplication?
This is important, as I want to use the right address in the future..

In fact, TalkTalk allows the user to also send the original email via talktalkreply@talktalkplc.com , which is what TalkTalk uses for all its replies.
So, this address is in triplicate, 2 aliases, concerns@talktalkplc.com , heretohelp@talktalkplc.com ,
and the real address, talktalkreply@talktalkplc.com
And it looks like, this is the one and only email address, with which a customer can communicate with TalkTalk, amongst the many official email addresses that it uses.
