Emails not sending

Hi,

I can receive emails but am unable to send them and keep getting same error message about the server. It happened last Friday and seemed to resolve in the end but the same thing is happening again. I have tried multiple devices, browsers etc to no avail! Please can someone at talktalk fix this!!

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Dear Ady,

It is still not possible to send emails and I need to reply to some urgent emails. The service update does not state that there are any problems with emails when there clearly are - this should be adjusted! Please can someone sort this email issue out asap.

Same here.....same issue as last week.

TALK TALK please fix or you will be losing VERY loyal clients who have been with you for years.
