Hello
I am a TalkTalk customer of long standing using a legacy @Tiscali.co.uk email address with client software Outlook 365 on Windows 11 or iOS mail on iOS 18.5.
In certain situations, I include myself on copy when sending emails with attachments. Recently, I noticed that emails sent with photos attached do not arrive in my Inbox but appear instead in the Spam/Junk folder.
Is there any setting I can change to prevent this happening, so these emails arrive correctly in my Inbox?
Thanks, Jon

Thank you for confirming this to me @jontie. I will kindly ask for you to monitor this for me as should anything changes, do get in touch with us. 🙂

Just to close the loop, whatever had changed causing emails sent with photos attached to be routed to Spam has reverted. Emails sent with photos now arrive in my Inbox as they did before.
I have done nothing, so can only assume some glitch in the external infrastructure.

You can find the settings for your email by clicking on the settings option. Once you do that, you'll see the attachment settings. 🙂

Thanks for the feedback. I am not sure what settings I would check, as they have been the same on my PC and iPhone for 3 years or so.
This behaviour only seems to relate to photos, not other attachments such as pdfs. As an alternative from copying messages from Junk back into the Inbox, it seems if I send the message with attachments from my outlook.com to my tiscali.co.uk mailbox then the message arrives directly in the Inbox.
I can work with that.

@jontie please check your email settings to see if emails with attachments are allowed.
