I CANNOT RECEIVE MY xxxxxx@talktalk.net emails on my newish android mobile phone..don't know why...could you help please?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

@Stehalbir46, never post personal information details in the public thread. I have removed the name in your post above.
You need to go via your avatar, settings, drop down menu...add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information and the email address that's affected in Private Notes. Scroll down to find the button to SAVE CHANGES.
