About 2 months ago my tiscali emails stopped working on my Samsung email app. I have been unable to get them back after several conversations with Talk Talk. I then installed the TalkTalk email app, which worked until last night and now that has stopped too! I need my emails for work and am now desperate. I have tried installing the email with all the correct information,  it keeps saying that the account is not verified. I believe that TalkTalk have to 'restore' my IMAP access?

There seems to be a disconnect between the billing system and the email system. Its been resolved now as far as I am aware.

Thank you so much, what was the problem? You have been the only person that has been able to help and I have spoken to about 10 different people from Talk Talk!!!!

Hi j13ses13, it looks like you've been limited to webmail only. Do you have a current paid for package?

Hi @J13ses13  your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.  In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified. Please don't post personal information here.

I would always recommend having an ISP independent email account, for just this kind of emergency.

All the best
